Pretzel Making with Bad Cholesterol

Join Chris Milazzo of Bad Cholesterol at TALEA Cobble Hill on January 16th for a hands-on soft pretzel making class! Chris will demonstrate how to make pretzel dough from scratch, shape it, and finish it in a traditional lye bath. And at the end of the night, you’ll take home dough you made, and bake off pretzels you twisted.

Each ticket includes:
