Phoenicia Diner Pancake Pop-Up @ TALEA West Village

We’re so excited to announce our next collaboration beer–Rise & Shine Coffee Kolsch, brewed in partnership with Catskills icon, Phoenicia Diner! We used the same coffee beans Phoenicia Diner serves for a beer that’s crisp, smooth, and the perfect complement to a stack of pancakes.

To celebrate the new beer, the Phoenicia Diner team is bringing their griddles to TALEA West Village on February 9th for a popup pancake brunch. Pancakes and beer will be available for purchase in our taprooms, or you can pre-order above! Pancake quantities are limited, we recommend pre-ordering!
