Kemushi Sushi Class at TALEA West Village
Join Kemushi, a woman-owned sushi sauce brand, for a sushi-making class an Tuesday, January 28th at 6pm at TALEA West Village!
Kemushi co-founder and seasoned sushi chef Alex will take attendees through the basics of making sushi rice and multiple types of sushi, as well as how to season each piece and style of sushi. Class starts with an appetizer and drink, during which Alex will demonstrate how to make sushi rice, followed by a deep dive into how to make two nigiri, two types of rolls, and a handroll. Class closes with a dessert, of course.
