TALEA BETTERFEST
Join us for TALEA’s first ever “Beer Festival”! However, since we’ve always loved to disrupt the norms a bit, we’ve taken an average Beer Festival and made it, in our opinion, just a little bit… better.
What is Betterfest? It’s a full day of valuable programming for ambitious, curious, entrepreneurial New Yorkers who want to learn, grow, and network, all over a glass of beer.
As is the TALEA way, there is nothing expected or traditional about our take on a “beer festival”. We simply find that most things are better over beer, so why wouldn’t this be? TALEA’s first summit event is part beer tasting, part career conference but without cultish buy-in or stuffy blazers. TALEA’s programming takes you through important conversations and workshops to help you take the next step in your business or your career.
Learn financial planning, business plan building, personal brand building, and hear from other founders and leaders who can meet you where you’re at. Not a founder, but feeling the itch to make a change? Our programming will be customized for you too! Whether you’re building and bettering your life or your business, we raise a glass to you and hope you join us!
Your instructors for the day include:
- Personal Brand Building Workshop from Kendall Dickieson
- Business Plan + Pitch Deck 101 from TALEA's Tara Hankinson and Rachel Robbins of the Enthuse Foundation Pitch Deck Competition
- Personal Finance for Entrepreneurs from Lauren Rosalanko of Points for Change
- Career Coaching + Guidance from Cydnee DeToy
- Founder Mentorship from Abby Price of Abbode and Lauryn Bodden of S'NOODS
PLUS enjoy our founder panel moderated by TALEA's LeAnn Darland, feauturing
